We discussed the presentation given by [http://www.aquaticcontroltech.com/ Aquatic Control Technology Inc.] with the Mayor. We spoke
about chemicals versus [http://www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/wq/plants/management/aqua023.html bottom(Benthic) barriers.] It is a fact that the bottom barriers would be
much more expensive than the chemicals but it may not hurt to try it out in highly dense
weeded areas.

Joe Giarrusso said we can probably spot treat the lake with chemicals and that should
help.

We gave the Mayor the estimated figure that Mike from Aquatic Control gave us of
$7,000 for chemical control and permitting, the Mayor said he would entertain that
amount. He suggested we see what the Association would like to do and in the mean time
Joe Giarrusso will contact Frank Russo (City Engineer) about ways to divert run off into
the lake.

The Sub-Committee will meet again before the January 2011 Association meeting and
will keep getting updates from Joe Giarrusso.
