There were not enough people to establish a quorum.

No votes were taken.

After many months of presentations, discussions and a public hearing and in regards to a vote taking by the Association, a recommendation will be sent to the Mayor from the Association in favor of treatment of Forest Lake if feasible.

As mentioned at the public hearing the Mayor, Conservation Commissioner and Conservation Commission along with the DEP would be the final decision makers, with the Board of Health giving their input as well. 

There is a very stringent permitting process that would need to be followed if this were ever approved to inform all waterfront residents and possible watershed residents about the treatment. 

The recommendation letter will be posted on the web-site to be viewed before it is sent to the Mayor.
