No person shall operate a motor boat powered by an internal combustion engine upon any great pond not exceeding five hundred (500) acres in extent and not being used as a source of water supply of any City, water supply or fire district or public institution, the whole or any portion of which is located within the boundaries of the City of Methuen, except boats authorized by the City and used as rescue crafts. <br>
Whoever violates any provision of this ordinance, unless otherwise provided by law or ordinance, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each offense. <br> <br>
