President Greg Kalivas called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

All rose for The Piedge of Allegiance.

Treasurer Jeanne Papparlardo read the treasurer's report. Jeanne collected $103.00 in
dues. She gave Mike a $20.00 check for tonight's meeting, checking account balance-
$ 1,320.45, savings balance- $2,658.29

Jeanne started off by thanking Angela Kalivas for the donation from her Aunt's
charitable fund.
Everyone agreed and thanked Angela.

A unanimous vote was taken to amend by-law #15 to read $10.00 versus $3.00 for dues.

Motion was made and seconded to strike out #16' Unanimous

Motion was made and second ed.to #25 and insert Volunteer under "Board salary" Unanimous

Angela spoke about the work she is and has been doing to protect our non profit status.

Dave Aufiero spoke and thanked Jeanne and Jennifer for the ordinance passed regarding
combustion engines on the lake.

Dave gave an update on the sub-committee meeting with Mayor Zanni and that the
outcome of that meeting was that the cost has funds to be used for the lake up to
$10,000.00 dollars.

Al Torrisi talked of a web site: [http://www.flockfree.com flockfree.com] which takes care of duck/geese
issues.
Al, Dave and Kevin said they would be on a sub-committee to look into flockfree and
their product.

Joe Giarrusso spoke to the members regarding the treatment of the lake.
