Vice President Angela Kalivas called the meeting to order.

All rose for the Pledge of Allegiance

Motion made to waive the reading of the minutes from the prior rneeting and to accept the minutes.

(Unanimous)

Treasurer's Report: Jeanne gave the balances: Checking- $237.45 Savings- $2,619.81 {APPROVED)

Jeanne will pay The Sweetheart inn $40.00 for two meetings.

<u>Old Business:</u> <br>

We will discuss this at the nexi meeting with hopes of a larger crowd because the By-Laws will be

amended at that meeting.

<u>New Business:</u> <br>

Joe Giarrusso mentioned that 1,000 rainbow trout had been recently stocked in the lake. Later in the
spring there will be another stocking. <br>

He has kept his presence visible at the lake. There has been a lot of activity.<br>

The street sweeping will be this week or next week in the Forest Lake area.<br>

The RFP on the lake assessment is still under way.<br>
