Signs installed by Joe Giarrusso<br> b. Lake draw down<br> c. Weed remediation<br> VII New Business<br> a. Report from Dan Donahue, Chair, Forest Lake Commission<br> 1 Q&A<br> b. Discussion of membership dues. Ref. By-Law #15 below (see below "A")<br> c. Motion: Amendment to Forest Lake Constitution (see below "B")<br> d. Motion: New By-Law (#28). Re: Web Master (see below "C")<br> b. Motion: Approve $100 prize on Commission's Fishing Tournament<br> e. Motion: Approve $150 for prize money for 4th of July boat parade<br> f. Motion: Create 3 person committee as judges and coordinators for parade g. Gauge interest in possible aeration fountain in the Lake<br> VIII. Adjournment<br> "A" Article 15: That a membership dues be established by a quorum vote before the coming year. This membership shall be continuous until the member leaves; resigns, or fails to pay membership dues. All paid dues members in good standing is entitled to one vote, providing that the person be 18 years or older. Membership fee: $10.00 "B" Existing Constitution: The Forest Lake Association is a non-profit organization. It is a partnership of people having a common interest to help improve and preserve the quality of water and land in the Forest Lake Region Proposed: This organization is formed by residents and taxpayers of Methuen, Massachusetts, who have shown concern for Forest Lake what it has to offer, a recreation facility to enjoy for many years to come We, the members of the Forest Lake Association, have a commitment to preserving what is precious to this area. We furthermore pledge our time and effort to support this organization and its principles "C" Proposed By-Law #28: That the President may appoint a "webmaster" in charge of maintaining and updating the Forest Lake Association website and Facebook page, et. al., and that said appointee enjoy all the benefits and stature of an Executive Board Member
